VPS Platform

We offer a choice of 3 VPS platform choices

OpenVZ – This is ideal if you want the fastest Linux offering we do. Using a shared kernel means that you can install from any of our templates to quickly deploy a Linux Distro of your choice on your VPS.

Xen PV – Offering Linux only VPS, Xen PV is setup to give you 100% assurance that the resources you have paid for are all yours. Unable to be oversold, Xen PV offers a full Linux based environment where you can load your own kernel modules and setup things such as VPNs, loop back filesystem and other 3rd party software whilst running at optimum speed and flexibility. We also support PyGrub (enabled by request) allowing you to run your own kernel within the VPS.

Xen HVM – Offering a fully custom VPS solution, you can load your own custom ISO from either our library or one you have uploaded. Each VPS runs its own OS + kernel so you can load Windows, Linux, FreeBSD or anything that runs on normal x86_64 servers. Coupled with our CD Spinner you can also create a template for mass deployment and use our Xen HVM for the basis of your own public or private cloud offerings.
