We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to help with our virtual server brand in our Maidenhead office. It is a varied role with elements of sales, billing and administration, both by phone and email. We are looking for someone who is customer focused and has some knowledge about Internet hosting. Linux Engineer
£18k-£30k depending on expierence

Working in our Maidenhead data centre, the successful applicant will have 2+ years Linux administration skills. Hardware, network and virtualization experience is preferable, although additional training will be provided.

As this is a customer facing role, it is essential that applicants have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role will involved occasional on-call work. Full UK driving license preferred.

New Feedback Mechanisms

We have put on a few new ways to contact us / give us feedback about the service you get from Thrust. Firstly we have setup a new Facebook Group. We have also added Get Satisfaction which you can use to address issues or get help from other customers. So as always we are happy to hear from you (and now there are even more ways )
