Lost your password? No Problem, just click the lost your password link to get a new one mailed out to you.

Gain Access to your VPS

Linux

For Linux based VPSes you can access via SSH client. From a Windows desktop we suggest using PuTTy client.

To connect using PuTTy, start up the PuTTy Client, enter in your IP and click open. Your VPS will then ask you to enter your username and password which is provided in your welcome email.

Windows

For Windows based VPSes you can connect via Remote Desktop Connection which is typically located under Start > Pro-grammes > Accessories > Remote Desktop

Launch RDC, enter your IP and click connect. Enter your user credentials created.
