- We don’t allow anything illegal under UK law which covers things such as P2P (bittorrent) etc
- No Spam
- We tolerate IRC clients but not IRC servers
- Our cancellation policy is 1 day before renewal for VPS and 30 days notice on dedicateds
- We offer a 99.9% SLA on power, network and VPS nodes
- We suspend a VPS after 3 days and terminate after 5 days
- Make sure you have a copy of your own data
Bittorrent isn’t illegal under UK law…
The technology isn’t but generally clients use it to download illegal content. If you have a legitimate use for bittorrent then we can whitelist you
So it is possible to cancel our vps after renewal invoice generated? (renewal invoice is generated 14days before the end of current period)
